Refund & Return Policy

1️⃣ Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery cannot be returned.


2️⃣ Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp about the approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, whichever is preferred.

 

3️⃣ Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return the product and place a new order for the item you want.
  • For defective items, we will prioritize replacement or refund.


4️⃣ Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will ensure a replacement or refund is arranged quickly.

  • Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.
