- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery cannot be returned.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, whichever is preferred.

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return the product and place a new order for the item you want.
- For defective items, we will prioritize replacement or refund.

- We will ensure a replacement or refund is arranged quickly.
